Welcome to the Liberty School District Human Resources forms and links page!
General Information
- Payroll cut-off is the 10th day of each month.
- Timesheets must be verified and approved by your supervisor and returned to the District Office no later than the 15th day of each month.
- Pay day is the last business day of each month.
- Direct deposit is required and is available at the financial institution of your choice. Please contact the district office to setup or change information for direct deposit. Be sure to update any change to your banking information by or before the 15th of the month.
- Report address and telephone number changes promptly. Click here for the change form.
- Login to Skyward to review your pay records and leave balances. Click here for instructions on how to access your payroll information. If you ever find an error or have any questions or concerns, contact the district office.
